Tomorrow is our big day. We leave Vancouver at 4:00pm Monday Aug. 10th, flying to LA and after a 4 hour lay over we’ll be finally on our way to Fiji. Just one more sleep!!!
We’ve had a wonderful visit in Vancouver with family and friends. The weather couldn’t have been better. Arthur watched the final rugby matches for the 2015 World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup at Swangard Stadium last Monday with the Fiji team coming out on top. Fiji now qualifies for the world cup in England this coming September.
Another highlight this week was attending the Miss Fiji Canada Pageant in Surrey. While the pageant contestants were great to see, the real thrill was meeting the Prime Minister of Fiji, the Honourable Voreqe Bainimarama.
