Bittersweet goodbyes to my quilting community

Many thanks to Ruth for hosting a farewell get together at Bear’s Paw Quilts.  I will miss being a part of the Yukon quilting community.  I plan to be back to visit my kids who are all currently remaining in the Yukon and I will be back in November for the birth of my niece’s first child.  But coming for visits is not the same as being able to participate in classes and retreats or seeing everyone as they drop into the store. I have left you all with a friendship challenge involving making 2 blocks with a piece of my stash and a piece of yours. Please drop into Bear’s Paw Quilts to pick up a 2.5 inch strip of fabric from my stash and the challenge rules. Looking forward to seeing lots of blocks in November!
