I really didn’t think we would make the June 25th closing date with the amount of cleaning and last minute issues that needed to be dealt with but thanks to the tremendous effort from Siana, Marc, and Arthur we not only got everything to the sea can that’s going to Fiji but took 3 large loads of garbage to the dump, another 3 (or more) loads to the Knights of Columbus storage unit for their next garage sale, and thoroughly cleaned the house. It hasn’t been this clean since we moved in.
We exchanged keys with Bonnie, the new owner, at 2:00 June 25th and are now no longer home owners.
We’ll be staying with Siana and Marc for the next couple of weeks before leaving for BC on July 16th and then onto Fiji in early August.
